Thin is in with this stainless steel men’s watch from Invicta’s Slim Collection, which is a great choice for everyday casual wear. But with its amazingly svelte 5mm (0.2 inches) profile, it can also be perfectly tucked under the cuff when dress or business wear is called for. Offering Invicta’s refined, modern styling, this watch is powered by a precisely timed Swiss-manufactured quartz movement. And while it might be stereotypical, the truth is many of the world’s finest and most accurate timing movements are created in Switzerland. This is due to the wealth of knowledge and infrastructure that’s been built up in the Swiss watch industry over the centuries, and with many of the Swiss practitioners having the trade and watchmaking traditions passed down over the generations. Matched with a uniquely designed metal mesh bracelet in silver, this watch has a square, silver stainless steel watch case that measures 39mm wide (1.54 inches). Its silvery white dial face features a two-handed movement placed in a slightly recessed center, which is surrounded by a silver tone markers and Arabic numerals. It’s water resistant to 30 meters (99 feet), also known as 3 ATM. This means that it can withstand rain and splashes of water–such as car washing and showering–but it shouldn’t be worn swimming. Other features include a scratch-resistant mineral crystal, fold-over safety clasp, and Tritnite luminous hands. Tritnite is a luminous material with an extended glow exclusively developed by Invicta in Switzerland and added to their timepiece hands and markers. When exposed to regular daylight, it will hold its glow for about 20 hours. Quartz Movement The “movement” of a watch refers to the mechanics that power the ticking of the timepiece, and this watch is powered by a Swiss-made quartz movement. It utilizes the vibrations of a tiny quartz crystal to maintain timing, which provides a fast, steady oscillation (at more than 30,000 times per second) to provide excellent accuracy. Invicta Brand With its most inspired creations yet, Invicta demonstrates its technical and design prowess, offering timepieces of style for extreme value.”We have long held firm to the belief that supremely crafted timepieces can be offered for extremely modest sums. It is the founding principle of our flagship and the radical notion that still drives us today. By being true to our convictions, we will continue to turn the balance of power, and deliver true Swiss luxury to anyone who desires it. Let all those who possess our timepieces and pass through our doors witness the quality, value and care in every piece we create, and the spirit of neverending possibilities in everything we do.” These are the words that greet visitors and motivate team members inside the Invicta Watch Group’s new worldwide headquarters. Emblazoned in stainless steel, it has been the Invicta message since Day One. With each new timepiece, the company sends up a flare for those looking to be defined not by how much they spend, but how wisely they spend. With its strong collections, the gutsy Swiss brand is guaranteed to keep attracting followers. The art of the craft. Inside an Invicta Workshop It takes years of training and a great deal of pride to achieve glorius Swiss timepieces by hand. But it takes guts and the courage of your convictions to make those timepieces affordable for everyone who appreciates them. At our Swiss workshops, we mix time-honored traditions with a little bit of horse sense every single day to produce the greatest values in the watch-making world. From TAG Heuer’s recently updated Link series comes this elegant blend of sport and prestige styling. A handsome brushed steel link bracelet, with smooth contours and flowing lines, leads to the perfectly round cream dial, which offers luminous hands and markers, a date window at the three o’clock hour, a tachometer scale on the flange, and three subdials displaying 1/10 second, small seconds, and 30-minute registers. The dial is set in a 42 mm brushed steel case and framed by a round fixed steel bezel. This Link series watch features precise calibre 16 automatic movement, meaning that it winds itself with the natural motion of your wrist and does not require a battery. Other notable features include a screw-in crown and caseback, a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and a double safety clasp on the bracelet for added security and a seamless look. This watch is rated water resistant to 200 meters.
About TAG Heuer TAG Heuer traces its roots to the small Swiss village of St-Imier where, in 1860, a watchmaker named Edouard Heuer opened his first shop. His vision was to create remarkable timepieces that pushed the envelope of innovation and precision. The company’s reputation grew, and Heuer’s first patent for a chronograph mechanism in 1882 was followed by a long list of achievements: the first stopwatch accurate to 1/100 of a second, the first dashboard stopwatch for race cars, the first miniature electronic timekeeping device accurate to 1/1000th of a second, and the first automatic movement with a microrotor, to name just a few. Over the years, Heuer’s reputation for gold-standard precision earned the company the privilege of providing official timing services for a number of world-class competitive sporting events, including the Olympic Games, the FIS Ski World Cup, and the FIA Formula 1 World Championships. To this day, TAG Heuer maintains a close association with the world of competitive sports and enjoys a devoted following among sports celebrities and enthusiasts. In 1985, Heuer joined the TAG (Techniques D’Avant-Garde) group, and the TAG Heuer name and logo were created. Now one of the most recognized and sought-after watch brands in the world, TAG Heuer continues its reputation of innovative design and technological excellence, creating prestigious timepieces that are always at the cutting edge of precision, reliability and style.

This Timex men’s chronograph is sporty and functional. It features a silver-tone stainless steel case and bracelet, and a square black dial. There are Arabic-numeral markers at three, six, nine, and 12 o’clock, with dashes for the other hours. Three round sub-dials provide the chronograph functionality and there is a date window at the four o’clock position. The Indiglo night light provides even illumination of the face at the push of a button. This watch has a quartz movement and a mineral crystal, and it is water resistant to 165 feet (50 meters). It is covered by the manufacturer’s 1-year warranty.
Timex BrandThe Timex Watch Company Timex Group B.V. is one of the best-known American watch companies. Timex’s U.S. headquarters are located in Middlebury Connecticut and it has substantial operations in China, the Philippines and India and full scale sales companies in Canada, the UK, France and Mexico. The company began in 1854 as Waterbury Clock in Connecticut’s Naugatuck Valley, known during the nineteenth century as the “Switzerland of America.” Sister company Waterbury Watch manufactured the first inexpensive mechanical pocket watch in 1880. During World War I, Waterbury began making wristwatches, which had only just become popular, and in 1933 it made history by creating the first Mickey Mouse clock under license from Walt Disney, with Mickey’s hands pointing the time. During World War II, Waterbury renamed itself U.S. Time Company. In 1950 the company introduced a wristwatch called the Timex. Over the next three decades, Timex was sold through a series of advertisements which emphasized its durability by putting the watch through “torture tests,” such as falling over the Grand Coulee Dam or being strapped to the propeller of an outboard motor, with the slogan “It takes a licking and keeps on ticking.” With the help of former Olympic broadcaster, spokesman John Cameron Swayze, sales took off. The company later became Timex Corporation, then Timex Group and, to date, has sold over one billion watches. The company has remained very competitive and the Timex brand continues its dominance through present day. Its primary market remains the United States and Canada, although the Timex brand is sold worldwide due to its ability to capitalize on its strong brand image and reputation for quality. One of the most successful and important features available on many Timex watches is the Indiglo backlight system. Indiglo is a brand name of Indiglo Corporation, solely owned by Timex for licensing purposes. Timex electroluminescent lamps, branded Indiglo, were introduced in 1992 in the Ironman watch line. They were an immediate success. The Indiglo® lamp uniformly lights the surface of the Timexs watch dials in a manner that makes the dial read very easily in many different light settings. In some newer watches the Indiglo backlight only lights up the numbers, rather than the entire LCD display, which is achieved by means of a specialized film that inverts the LCD transmissivity. Today, Timex Group products are manufactured in the Far East and in Switzerland often based on technology that continues to be developed in the United States and in Germany. With a large and varied line of watches, Timex has the style for everyone. From the locker room to the board room, there is a great Timex style time-piece for you.Timex Warranty InformationThe Basic Coverage: This TIMEX Watch (but not any battery, crystal, band, or strap) is warranted to the owner for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase against defects in manufacture by Timex Corporation – not by the dealer from whom the watch was purchased. What Timex Will Do: If this watch develops such a defect within the one year period, it will be repaired (i.e. a new or thoroughly reconditioned and inspected module will be installed or replaced and a watch of equal value and similar appearance will be supplied) at our option, provided it is returned with a $7.00 check or money order to cover costs of postage, handling, and service, and you provide proof of purchase and date of purchase. This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover:Timex will not repair defects relating to servicing not performed by Timex Corporation.
